We first met back in high school—always friendly, but never particularly close. Years later, during college, our paths crossed again when we both found ourselves immersed in the world of events. Nicole was managing South Florida’s largest dessert festival, while Romy was deeply involved in production and design.

As we collaborated, it quickly became clear how naturally our styles and strengths complemented each other. What began as teamwork soon evolved into a shared creative vision. With over a decade of combined experience in the events industry, we knew it was time to bring something uniquely ours to life—and that’s how Bleu Creative Productions was born.

Before launching Bleu, Romy served as Event Coordinator at Bal Harbour Shops, contributed to The White House Christmas installation, and assisted in large-scale productions such as the Formula 1® Crypto.com Miami Grand Prix. Meanwhile, Nicole pursued a career in private aviation, flying some of the world’s most elite artists and entertainers.

Collectively, we’ve gained extensive experience producing events at world-renowned venues including Mar-a-Lago, The Breakers, and Vizcaya, and have had the privilege of collaborating with A-list talent and musicians we once watched on MTV. Our work has also taken us abroad, producing unforgettable experiences in France and beyond.

At our core, we share the same passion: creating experiences that connect people, tell stories, and leave lasting impressions. It’s what drives us every day—and we’re endlessly grateful to do it together.
